Class Descriptions
All classes follow the teachings of Sri BKS Iyengar and are open to students of all levels.
Basics
1.5 hour class recommended for beginners and those new to Iyengar Yoga. The class introduces the basics of Iyengar Yoga with emphasis on standing poses, forward bends, twists & relaxation.
General
1.5 hour class refining and consolidating the basics. Aimed at building strength and resilience May include some inversions.
Led Practice
2 hour practice led by a teacher or trainee. Only limited instruction is given, so an understanding of yoga is expected. Not for the absolute beginner, otherwise any one attending regular classes is welcome.
All classes are open classes, no need to book, just drop-in.
