Class Descriptions
All classes follow the teachings of Sri BKS Iyengar
Yoga Basics
1.5 hour class recommended for beginners. Introducing
the basics of Iyengar Yoga with emphasis on standing
poses, forward bends, twists & relaxation including
preparations for shoulderstand.
General
1.5 hour class refining and consolidating the basics
and helping to generate a deeper understanding of
yoga. Aimed at building strength & resilience
with regular inclusion of inverted postures, backbends
and Pranayama.
Led Practice
2 hour class with minimum instruction following
the sequencing taught at the RIMI Institute.
All classes are open classes,
no need to book, just drop-in.
