All classes follow the teachings of Sri BKS Iyengar
Yoga Basics
1.5 hour class recommended for beginners introducing the basics of Iyengar Yoga. Emphasis is on standing poses, forward bends, twists & relaxation.
Level 1
1.5 hour class refining and consolidating the basics. Introduction to shoulderstand with preparation for other inverted postures and basic backbends.
Level 2
2 hour class generating a deeper understanding of yoga. Aimed at building strength & resilience with regular inclusion of inverted postures, backbends and Pranayama.
All classes are open classes, no need to book, just drop-in. |
